About Bon Secours College for Women

Bon Secours College for Women was founded in 2002 by the Franciscan Sisters of Our Lady of Bon Secours at Vilar Bypass, Thanjavur, with the motto "To Empower, To Change, To Live." Dedicated to the upliftment of rural women, the college has grown into one of the highest-graded self-financing institutions affiliated with Bharathidasan University, achieving a NAAC 'A++' accreditation in its second assessment cycle — a distinction unmatched among self-financing colleges affiliated with the university.
