About K.K. College of Pharmacy
K.K. College of Pharmacy (KKCP) was established in 1992 under the visionary leadership of Prof. K.R. Arumugam — a distinguished educationalist and academician who served as a member of the Senate and Governing Council of the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University. From its inception as a diploma and degree-level institute, KKCP has grown into a full-fledged pharmacy college offering diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes. Located in a serene environment at Gerugambakkam on the Porur–Kundrathur Road, Chennai, the college is affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai, and approved by AICTE and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi. KKCP holds the status of a Recognised Research Centre under the university. The college recently received PCI approval for M.Pharm Pharmacy Practice and M.Pharm Regulatory Affairs programmes. With 30+ years of excellence, KKCP continues to be among the pioneering pharmacy institutions in Tamil Nadu.
