About M.R.K. College of Arts and Science
M.R.K. College of Arts and Science was established in the academic year 2009-10 under the auspices of the MRK Memorial Educational Trust with the objective of serving the educational needs of students and families in and around Kattumannarkoil and Cuddalore District. The institution initially began with five undergraduate programmes and expanded to eight undergraduate programmes from the academic year 2010-11. The college subsequently expanded its postgraduate offerings and now provides a broad range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Arts, Science, Computer Applications, Business Administration and Commerce. The college is located at Pazhanchanallur in Kattumannarkoil Taluk, Cuddalore District. Its academic offerings currently include undergraduate programmes in Tamil, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Zoology, Computer Applications, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration and Commerce, together with postgraduate programmes in English, Mathematics, Computer Science, Chemistry and Commerce. The institution highlights experienced faculty, modern infrastructure, laboratories, library resources, sports and cultural activities, student guidance and community-oriented activities as part of its educational environment.
